    Refund & withdrawal policy

    We want every athlete to be the right fit for the program, and every parent to feel comfortable that their money is treated fairly if circumstances change.

    Within the first 30 days

    If your athlete decides the program isn't the right fit within the first 30 days of the start date, we will issue a full refund of the registration fee, less any unrecoverable processing or PayPal fees. No questions asked.

    After 30 days

    After the first 30 days, we issue a prorated refund based on the number of weeks remaining in the session, less an administrative fee that reflects the prep work already invested in your athlete (programming, gear, scheduling).

    Injury or family emergency

    If your athlete is sidelined by an injury or your family faces an emergency that requires withdrawal mid-program, reach out to us directly. We treat these case by case and will work with you to either credit a future session, transfer the spot, or issue a refund.

    Equipment, uniforms, and travel

    Items already ordered or shipped on your athlete's behalf (uniforms, tournament fees, NCAA camp travel) are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the third party. We'll always tell you before we lock anything in.

    Talk to us first

    Before you submit a withdrawal request in writing, talk to us. Often the right move is to pause and resume the next session, switch programs, or join the next cohort with a credit. We would rather adjust than lose an athlete.
